Meet Ali
My offerings are an act of love I hold for the wellbeing of women. I have worked through many mountains of mental, physical and emotional health and would love to share what worked for myself. I am a mama and loving sister to many.
Working with me means facing shadows, weaknesses, feeling emotions comfortable and uncomfortable, all for the integration and becoming stronger mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.
I hold a gentle yet firm and stable place for feeling and slowly allowing the truth to bubble up and layer by layer growing the core of love within.
My path weaves in different methods of self care. Finding ways to access our vital energy, clarity of mind, balance emotions, open heart and inner guidance so that we may walk in our soul’s alignment for this short life on earth.
I am drawn to work with those healing from trauma and postpartum women, any years after birthing.
I studied with Keli Garza of Steamy Chick in California in 2019 and received my Peristeam Facilitator Certificate (aka yoni steaming). My path has led me to Cotocachi, Ecuador where I found parteras, indigenous midwives. I feel honored to observe their natural practices of healing with plants. My wisdom with plants and herbs has been a path of 20+years. Sitting in medicine women’s kitchen, gardens drinking tea learning plants through story telling and energetic connection.
To continue my own womb healing, Guatemala, Lake Atitlan, called me for 5 years before I was able to jump into volcanic lake waters and walk the mountainous terrain to my Mayan teachings for a week. In the spring of 2025, I was gifted the time, energy and space to sit with Mayan and Guatemalan midwives. I learned a deeper medicine of warming plants, massage, and womb steaming.
I have 20+ years study and practice of Reflexology. I studied with Claire Marie Miller of Integrative Reflexology in 2017 in North Carolina.
In the spring of 2023, on the coast of Ecuador in a small surf and yoga village of grounded medicine folks, I received my first and second attunement to the Usui lineage of Reiki. Later in the winter of 2024, I received the master symbols for Reiki as well as Seichim. I studied with the Usui lineage and known as white light energy. Seichim is known as a rainbow energy channeled from the goddess Sekhmet of Egypt.
I have now womb steamed monthly for 8 years, realizing the steady practice of clearing my womb is the most beneficial to mind and body strength.
