This is a Mayan midwifery practice performed for women all of ages and stages of womanhood. It is also used during the first 40+ days postpartum to help the mother heal from birthing.

The bodywork includes upper body (depending on time and needs: back, arms, neck and head for nervous system reset) and then a period of time focusing on the belly. The purpose of the belly deep touch is to detox, tone and align the organs in their most optimal place in the body, this includes the belly heart pulse to its optimal place under the belly button.

• a homemade warming balm from a Guatemalan recipe, using herbs and spices, that warms and heals deeply into the muscles and tissues

One week steam sauna rental Includes materials for three steams, herbs and equipment. Having access to a steam set allows you to steam as much as you’d like and need in 7 days, especially If you are targeting a physical or energetic symptom. This is ideal method to release the energy in your womb. This method and accessibility gives you full range to explore in your own time. I can lovingly come and set it up for you on first rental.

This is a 60-90 minute session where specific points in your feet, hands and ears are stimulated to assist in relaxing and resetting your whole body.

In the session, we can begin with an optional cup of cacao or herbal tea while putting intentions into the session.

You will receive 50 minutes of universal love and life force energy. Reiki is known as white light energy. Seichim is known as Rainbow light energy. Both are healing, relaxing and balance your nervous system, allowing you to walk out much calmer and happier.
